How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@electrolyteexpert.online within 30 days of your purchase. Include your order number and the reason for return.
Our team will review your request within 24 hours and send you a return authorization number (RMA) along with shipping instructions.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship to the address provided in your return authorization email.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
